You do. You get access to the code repository from the start, and the code stays yours after launch, whether you keep working with us, move it to your own team or hand it to someone else.
It depends on scope, so we quote after a short first call. Before any work starts you get a written quote: what is included, what drives the price and how payment is split into milestones. For larger or unclear projects we may first suggest a separate analysis phase. You pay only what we agreed in writing.
It depends on the size of the project, so we do not quote a standard duration. You get a timeline in writing together with the quote, and we tell you early if something changes it. During the project we work in weekly rounds: every week you see what has been done and what comes next, not only at the end.
You decide. You can run it yourselves, hand it to another team or keep working with us. If you want us to look after it, we agree the scope of that support in writing. If we host it, it runs on servers in the EU. Either way, the source code and your data remain yours.
We take data protection into account from the first design: each feature uses only the personal data it needs, and anything we host runs on servers in the EU. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and tell you which subprocessors are involved. As the controller, you decide what data your product holds and why; we record it together in writing.
Slovak or English, in calls and e-mails; whatever we decide, we confirm in writing so it is easy to find later. Your website or app can have as many language versions as you need: we build the structure, and you or a translator of your choice supply or approve the texts.
